announced the creation of six Mobil 1 Scholarships to be awarded to
students enrolled at the NASCAR Technical Institute (NTI) in
Mooresville, N.C. The Mobil 1 Scholarships will provide $5,000
scholarships to help selected students pursue their automotive

NASCAR-specific motorsports program.
"As the world's leading synthetic motor oil, and as the 'Official

automotive technicians who are integral to providing expert
preventative maintenance and lubrication advice, both to professional
race car drivers and to everyday car owners," said Marni Mirowitz,
automotive marketing manager, ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties.
"It's only natural that we support the sport's future technicians.
Many of these men and women will go into the auto industry, taking
