Watson Wyatt Mexico Acquires Soluciones Estrategicas de Remuneracion (SER)WASHINGTON, Aug 20, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Watson Wyatt
Mexico, S. A. de C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Watson Wyatt & Company
Holdings (NYSE: WW), a leading human capital consulting firm, has acquired the
compensation consulting business of Soluciones Estrategicas de Remuneracion,
also known as SER, a leading local Mexican compensation and human resources
consulting firm, effective July 31, the firm announced today.
The acquisition bolsters Watson Wyatt's presence in Mexico with the addition of
12 professionals, whose clients include many of Mexico's largest local
corporations and multinational companies, in industries like automobile,
pharmaceutical, high technology, financial services and consumer products.
