Mercury Computer Systems Announces Stockholders Meeting for November 19, 2002

CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2002-- Meeting to Be Held in the Skyline Conference Suite, Museum of Science,

Boston, Beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST

Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY) today announced that the Company will hold on Tuesday, November 19, 2002, a Special Meeting of Stockholders in lieu of the 2002 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. EST, in the Skyline Conference Suite of the Boston Museum of Science, Science Park, Boston, Massachusetts. This year's meeting will be a business meeting only with no additional presentations from the Company's business unit executives.

For shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person, arrangements have been made to webcast the meeting live via the company's website beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET. Individuals are invited to listen to the meeting by pointing their browser to www.mc.com/investor, and then clicking on the live audio webcast link. It is anticipated that the meeting will last less than one hour. A replay of the meeting will be available on the website for approximately two weeks.
