Goodrich Appoints Two Executives to New Posts

     -- Jennifer Pollino, a 12-year Goodrich veteran, appointed Senior Vice
        President, Human Resources

     -- Brian Brandewie, a 24-year Goodrich veteran, appointed President of
        the company's Aircraft Wheels & Brakes division

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) has appointed two executives to new posts. Jennifer Pollino has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In addition, Brian Brandewie has been appointed President of the company's Aircraft Wheels & Brakes division. Both assignments are effective as of today.

Pollino has been with Goodrich for 12 years. Most recently she served as President of the company's Aircraft Wheels & Brakes division. She has also served in general manager, finance and accounting roles across many of the company's operations. In her new role she will relocate from Troy, Ohio to Goodrich's headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina and will be responsible for the company's Human Resources effort reporting to Marshall Larsen, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

According to Larsen, "After spending her career under roof at several of our key operating facilities, Jennifer has a strong sense of the Goodrich culture. In her new role she will play a critical part in reinforcing the importance of Human Resources as well as our talent management process. Both are fundamental to our long-term success."

Jennifer's role is an expanded version of a former post that has been vacant since December 2004.

Brian Brandewie, a 24-year Goodrich veteran, will take over Jennifer's former assignment as President of Goodrich's Aircraft Wheels & Brakes division. Brian most recently served as Vice President and General Manager, Business Acquisition and Product Development for the company's Aerostructures division in Chula Vista, California. In his new role he will be relocating to Troy, Ohio. Brian has served in a variety of positions for Goodrich over the course of his career. His experience spans engineering and manufacturing posts to sales, marketing and general manager assignments at a variety of Goodrich divisions.
