Fluor Corporation Appoints Treasurer

IRVINE, Calif., June 12, 1996 — Fluor Corporation announced today
that Stephen F. Hull, 52, has joined the company as vice
president and treasurer. In this position, he will have
responsibility for the company’s Risk Management, Real Estate,
Trust Investments and Treasury Operations divisions. Hull will
report to J. Michal Conaway, vice president and chief financial
officer, and will be located in Fluor’s Irvine, California,
office.
Hull has nearly 30 years of industry experience. He spent 13
years with Hughes Aircraft Company, most recently as vice
president and treasurer for Hughes Communications, and previously
as chief financial officer for Hughes Europe, and assistant
treasurer for Hughes Aircraft Company. Hull managed corporate
banking activities at two commercial banks for 16 years before
joining Hughes. He has a master’s degree in business
administration from the University of Southern California.
“Steve’s extensive experience in global business and banking
activities will add to the strength of our financial management
team,” said Conaway. “As an international engineering,
construction and diversified services company, it is important
that our financial operations team is knowledgeable and savvy of
