(Nasdaq:CYMI), the world's leading supplier of deep ultraviolet (DUV) excimer light sources used in semiconductor manufacturing, today announced that the company will provide a live Webcast of slide presentations made at its annual analyst day event, which will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at Cymer headquarters in San Diego.

The presentations will be held from 2:00 p.m. PST until 5:30 p.m. PST. There will be a break of approximately 40 minutes occurring at roughly the mid-point of the afternoon, which will include a virtual tour of Cymer's San Diego-based manufacturing facility.

The Webcast will be available on the Investor Relations page of Cymer's Web site at www.cymer.com and will be archived for 15 days after the analyst day, so anyone unable to listen to the live call will be able to listen to the recording via the Internet.
