Memorandum of Understanding Entered with Las Vegas-Based Eighth Wonder The Board of Directors of Banyan Tree Holdings Limited wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Pte. Ltd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Eighth Wonder Asia, LLC ("Eighth Wonder") to provide certain technical, pre-opening and management services for a proposed Banyan Tree Resort and various Spas in the Sentosa Integrated Resort Project should Eighth Wonder win the bid.
