Acme Packet(R) (NASDAQ: APKT), the leader in session delivery network solutions, today announced two new products - the Net-Net(R) Interactive Session Recorder (ISR) and the Net-Net(R) Application Session Controller (ASC). These additions expand the Net-Net(R) product family, enabling enterprises, contact centers and service providers to record IP sessions and integrate live and recorded IP voice, video and unified communications (UC) into Web 2.0 business applications to ensure regulatory compliance, improve customer service, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Net-Net Interactive Session Recorder

Businesses and consumers are rapidly adopting new modes of communication using IP voice, video, instant messaging and UC. While there are established methods for recording voice calls in traditional telephony networks, there are few cost-effective solutions for large scale recording of IP sessions.
