NEW YORK--Nov. 14, 2005--American International
Group, Inc. (AIG) will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the
period ending September 30, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on Monday, November 14, 2005 after the close of the market.
AIG President and Chief Executive Officer Martin J. Sullivan will
host a conference call, broadcast live over the Internet, on Tuesday,
November 15, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. EST to discuss AIG's third quarter
2005 results.
